ECM - Assign To Need To Display User Name Instead Of User Id (Doc ID 2951212.1)

Goal

Currently case assign to owner properties are showing the User id. It should display the user Display Name column instead of user id. 804 was working as expected. Can you please suggest what to change where to change?
