User Account Summary and License Manager Counts Do Not Match (Doc ID 2951270.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The User Account Summary (UAS) count is reporting a different number of users from the License Manager list.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The License Manager and User Account Summary count should match counts except for the integration user.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Log in to Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > System Info > System Reports > User Account Summary> Run Report.
  3. Navigate to Company Workspace > General Administration > License Manager.
  4. Observe it shows more users on the User Account Summary than expected from License Manager.
