The following two bugs identified in V23 exist need to be back ported to V16.0.3 (on-prem)
1. Bug 34999594 - SCALING WITH DUE ORDER PROCESSING
2. Bug 35060383 - DISPLAY ISSUES FOR PRESCALE_QTY AND PRESCALE COST ON ORD INV MGMT & REPL RESULTS SCREEN
