OCOMC NM Pod Entries are Showing even after Scaling Down the NM Pod

Symptoms
Users are facing issue while scaling down the Network Mediation (NM) pod.
Once the scale down job completed successfully the NM pod is getting deleted form the k8s cluster. However, the entry of the NM is still showing in the Oracle Communication Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) client as well as in the Systemmodel.cfg file under the admin-server-app pod config folder.

NM pods are not getting deleted frequently, upon invoking the scale up job the pod is getting deleted.
