Constrained Plan is not generating Component Demand as per the BOM setup

Item A-- Make Item
 |
 Item B -- Assembly
  |
  Item C-- Component

Item C has no Dependent Demand generating from Item B in the Plan output.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation:  Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Supply Chain Plan > Options > Select a Constrained Plan type and ensure that Use Alternate BOM/Routing is selected in the Decision Rules tab
2. Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Supply Chain Plan > Launch
3. Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Supply Chain Plan > Workbench
4. Query the above items and review their Supply/Demand picture.
