ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading OIPA from v11.2.6.1 to v11.2.7.0, the Fund Valuation tab does not populate with Values.
Activity Detail -> Valuation -> Fund Valuation tab does not populate with Fund Values.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fund Values should populate similar to v11.2.6.1.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. Open any Policy.
3. Expand any Activity that has Valuation.
4. Expand Valuation tab.
