Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Open as CS Analyst

Step 2 : Open the queue from queue management screen

Step 3 : Check View Top Priority Alert and View All Alerts buttons

Issue Encountered :

User reported that View Top Priority Alert and View All Alerts buttons are not working in queue list screen and nothing happens even after click on it.
