Symptoms

User raised ER as below

Current situation: The prospect customers were screened during the onboarding stage, the alerts/cases were generated in OFSAA, subsequently our business departments cleared those alerts/cases in a few days, and the prospect customers become active after that. During the nightly batch, the newly active customers data was sent to OFSAA system, and the CS batch generated the same alerts/cases again as what were generated during onboarding stage.

Expected behavior: From Prospect convert to Active Customer, do not generate the CS case if the CS events is the same as onboarding and has already been closed during the onboarding. The system should only generate CS case during the batch name screening if there is delta event.
