Goal
Scenario:
- As part of Upgrade project customer is upgrading from Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 11 Patch Set 6 to ECE 12 Patch Set 8.
- One major change being doing as part of this upgrade is moving to persistence database from NoSql.
- In current implementation, there is Billing And Revenue Management (BRM) with multi-schema (4 Schemas) and would continue with same architecture during upgrade.
Question:
- In above context, customer wants to understand whether there is need to enable Multi-schema support in the persistence database.
- Is it based on the architecture or subscription count?
- As per the documentation there is no input which mentions that ECE persistence database has to be on multi-schema if BRM is on multi-schema. By default, the ECE persistence database supports only one schema.
