Symptoms

Customer has a requirement to define different permissions between custom jobs.i.e For example if custom-billing and custom-payment are two custom jobs,userA must be able to access only custom-payment and not custom-billing.
There is only one Custom Resource defined. User with permission to Custom resource will be able to access(view/create/delete) any custom job.
