OCOMC Admin Server Pod is Crashing While Running the Scaleup Job (Doc ID 2952213.1)

Symptoms

Users are facing an issue while scaling up the Network Mediation (NM) pods. Whenever users are scaling a new NM the pod creation is successfully happening, however while importing the node chain and adding the host using nmshell the admin-server-app pod is getting terminated and the scale up process is getting completed.
