Symptoms
Unable to Force Complete an IMD in Exception Status.
Here are the steps to replicate:
1- Create subtractive interval MC
2- Create VEE group and VEE rule for High\Low Consumption Check, and assign this VEE group the created MC
3- Upload payload to create IMD, then finalize the created IMD
4- Upload second IMD and, then perform additional mapping ---> IMD goes to exception status
5- try 'Force Complete' ---> the same exception error appears and IMD is kept in Exception status
