Symptoms

Customer Center parent/child issue with payment type popup

Scenario1 - Working : After Successful login we are creating child account and same child account going to pay . here getting payment type tap popup

Scenario2 - Not Working : we are creating child account and paid by PARENT option, getting parent payment details, the payment type popup not opening but it should open like scenario1. However its working after we are creating child account paid by CHILD
