Custom Validate InventoryGroup Name Already Exists, Checking should be Only For The Same Specification (Doc ID 2952576.1)

Goal

Requirement is to create 2 inventory group with same name but different specification in Application UIM, but found error / validation "The inventory group name 02117783010 has already been used. Please choose a different name.".

How can I skip the validation 'name already Exists'? Validation should only check for same specification, and not by all specification.
