Duplicate TC70 Generated After Executing trandataprocess.ksh (Doc ID 2952834.1)

Symptoms

TC70 are getting generated correctly with dollar/units but transaction is having multiple entries in tran_data instead of single entry.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create tran_data correction for item X and insert records into stage_ext_tran_data for Tran Code 30 and having WAC_RECALC_IND = 'Y', Units < 0.
  2.  All records are processed correctly in TRAN_DATA.
  3.  A single entry for tran code 70 should be present in TRAN_DATA table instead of duplicates.
