 In-Place Upgrade (IPU) for InForm 6.3.1.x to 6.3.1.3 failed with the following:

** drop table pf_SITEVOLUMEEDITION_cur
**** create table pf_SITEVOLUMEEDITION_cur
** drop table pf_subjectVeChapter_cur
**** create table pf_subjectVeChapter_cur
