CurrentDate Not Updating Unless Flush Or Server Recycle Is Done (Doc ID 2953266.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v2.9.0.0.0, CurrentDate not updating unless flush or server recycle is done.

Framework has provided the property - "%CurrentDate" - for schema to get the current date.
But it works only when the server is recycled or flush is executed.
The date shown across various UIs is also not consistent.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
Current date value is not updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
Current date value should be updated.

STEPS:
------------
1. Create a filter Map with Current date field
2. In map schema set default value as %CurrentDate
3. Set the cache settings such that after initial login ,Map gets picked up from the cache only
4. Go to portal and check the current date value
