ActivitySummary Screen Fields Are Shifted Right (Doc ID 2953268.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Certain Fields in ActivitySummary are being aligned to the right side of the Screen.
The business has tested this for Fields of DataType Line and Title - both of which are pushed to the right.
This issue may affect other DataTypes that alter formatting.

Activity Summary Screens have a two column layout.
Fields on the Summary screen consist of Display and Name pair.
The Display goes in the left column and the variable in the Name field on the right.
Fields with the DataType of Line or Title are being put in the right column since they do not have this pair layout.
Any Activity with the Attached Rule ActivitySummary is going to have this issue with lines and titles which were previously centered in the display.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The ActivitySummary Fields of DataType Line & Title to be either left or center justified, rather than right justified.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Expand an Activity that has the ActivitySummary Screen Attached Rule.
2. Navigate to the Summary tab.
3. View the right-justified Lines and Titles.
