Client Activity Spawned From Company/Plan Activity Fails To Create AsClientActivity Record (Doc ID 2953269.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.30 version, Client Level Activities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Spawning a Client Level Activity from a Company/Plan level Activity does not create all the correct pieces for the Spawned Activity.
Users are able to Spawn the Activity however the link between Client and Activity is being established as the link record is not inserted into AsClientActivity table.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users expect a record to be inserted into AsClientActivity table upon spawning the Client activity with a Company/Plan level activity, which will link the Client to the Activity.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. From the Home Page - Select Admin - Misc - Company Activity.
3. Add the Parent Activity and Process it.
4. The Child Activity is spawned however the record is not inserted in the AsClientActivity table.
