Trial Billing Failure DSG Cyclic Relationship

Symptoms
On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Core Billing
An error "Cyclic relationship detected: The account is also a member of the sharing group. This duplicate billing will be skipped." is encountered during the Trial Billing in Production environment.
Below is the Account Setup:
1. Bill To (Parent) Accounts
2. 2 Ship To (Child) Accounts
3. Each ShipTo has a Discount Sharing Group (DSG)
4. Both the ShipTo customers are the members of each others Sharing Groups.
DSG_1 -> ShipTo_1 (Owner) -> ShiptTo_2 (Member)
DSG_2 -> ShipTo_2 (Owner) -> ShiptTo_1 (Member)
The failure in Trial Billing Only, regular billing works fine.
