ORA-01017 Error Trying to Execute DIH Connectors (Doc ID 2953821.1)

Symptoms

On DIH 8.1.1, Unable to successfully execute DIH Connectors.  have defined an outbound connector in DIH. However, while trying to execute the Connector, the following error is thrown in the DIH.log:

ERROR

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create an EDS, EDD and connector and try executing it via OFSAA Batch Execution
