Symptoms

The application crashes with an Error Number 39 immediately after double-clicking the circuit in the Service Request Connections window (w_psr_ecckt_list) opened from the CKTID task.

NOTE: The behavior was observed while attempting to determine why the CKTID task would not complete for the error below as it appeared all the service items for connections on the PSR order had their Circuit IDs generated.

required engineering before completing this task.
