Applies to:

Oracle Communications Converged Application Server - Version 7.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

OCCAS is being utilized to route SIPREC recording sessions generated from and ORACLE 6300 SBC. The SIPREC INVITE from the SBC includes the "+sip.src" the only tag on the Contact header. When using any available functions to copy, create and copy we are unable to have the "+sip.src" tag persist on a new INVITE from OCCAS. We need a way to be able to persist this tag on the contact header to conform to the SIPREC RFC 7866 6. SIP Handling -> 6.1. Procedures at the SRC ->6.1.1. Initiating a Recording Session. We have new call recording vendors who are rejecting the delivered invites due to the lack of this tag.

We have attempted to set the tag on the contact header in numerous ways but all attempts have resulted in the below error.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: header [Contact] is a system header
