Symptoms

After OIG installation and configuration the user is unable to log in to the application. Defined the 'oiguser' in the 'ohi_install.cfg' file and created this user in the WebLogic security realm, but unable to log in to the application - getting error message 'Error occurred while attempting to authenticate user.'
