ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The OptionTextFlag on AsPolicyField Table is not updating when a Policy is created through CreatePolicy ABR.
This behavior appears when the CreatePolicy ABR creates a Policy on FFSO Plan from a GIFE Policy.
This seems to be an issue with Other Products as well when the New Policy is created on a different plan than the Source Policy.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The OptionTextFlag on AsPolicyField Table updates when Policy is created through CreatePolicy ABR.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a Transaction to use CreatePolicy ABR.
2. The OptionTextFlag field will not be populated by the CreatePolicy ABR.
