RTE Data Element Shows Only "Loading..." Within A BP Record Form (Doc ID 2955453.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When viewing a specific Data element (DE), it just shows "Loading..." within a Business Process (BP) record form instead of the the value that was populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The DE to show the value that was saved previously

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to affected BP and record
  3. Notice the DE only shows: Loading....
