Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login to EDQ Lauchnpad

Step 2 : Open customer screening.

Step 3 : Provide values and click on search and click on matches generated which open Case management.

Issue Encountered :

User reported issue in OWS case management screen as below.

The Case Management application shows "Please Wait" and does not open the alert selected, apparently freezing.
