Symptoms
IN ECM EVENT DETAILS TAB HIGHLIGHTS and REDFLAG DETAILS ARE MISSING for some events in multiple cases. Below are the results of our investigation.
Issue: Data was missing in the FCC_EVENT_DETAILS TABLE. on investigation we found that the task# 5 dm_id= 753 dm_code = "TBAML_EVENT_DETAILS" which inserts data into FCC_EVENT_DETAILS was failed with the error message "[Error] Execution (28: 36): ORA-01489: result of string concatenation is too long" occurs when an event in a case is the correlation of multiple matches their and highlights concatenation exceeds the string limit, causing an error.
