P6 Cost Performance Index mismatch between P6 EPPM Web & P6 Professional

The Cost Performance index is differing from P6 Web and P6 Professional application for some identified projects.

The P6 Professional is showing the same value as like P6 web when just viewing. But when opening project in P6 Professional, The CPI along with the columns responsible for its calculation like earned Value Cost and Budget at Cost are changing.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The CPI in P6 Pro and P6 Web should match.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Pro.
2. Go to Enterprise > Projects.
3. Choose a project.
4. View Cost Performance Index (CPI) with project closed and value is X.
5. Open project and notice CPI now shows as value Y.
6. Login to P6 Web.
7. Go to Projects > EPS.
8. Find the same project as in step #3.
9. Notice the value for CPI is X.
