Last_Update_Datetime Field In ITEM_LOC_SOH Table Is Not Getting Updated Properly (Doc ID 2956928.1)

Symptoms

Last_Update_Datetime field in ITEM_LOC_SOH table is not getting updated properly

User is facing an issue in one of the reports due to last_update_datetime field of item_loc_soh table(For an item/loc that got updated during transfer closure process). Upon checking the packages, found that the last_update_datetime field is NOT getting updated whenever there is an update to in_transit_qty. And last_update_datetime gets updated when there is an update to tsf_reserved_qty and tsf_expected_qty.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a shipped transfer (Not received or Partially received)
2. Close the transfer using DOCCLOSE proc.
3. IN_TRANSIT_QTY is getting updated as expected. But LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME is not getting updated in ITEM_LOC_SOH table.
