Not All Source Rows Are Populated In Output FE Of PFT Dynamic Allocation Rule (Doc ID 2956944.1)

Symptoms

On PFT 8.0.x, not all Source rows are getting populated in Output FE of Dynamic Allocation Rule.

You want variance between Source and Driver to be calculated after matching on Activity ID (for example) and the variance to be stored on Output FE. Apart from matched records, you want the output to also bring the other source rows without calculating the variance.
