PDC Issue While Attempting To Edit ChargeOffer After Importing

Symptoms
When attempting to edit any change charge Offer in PDC UI after importing,
the following error occurs.

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #8
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create ChargeOffer and charge rate plan with recurring pop model and submitted from UI
2. Export the xml and in xml that changed
<crpCompositePopModel>
<name>Pricing</name> to
<crpCompositePopModel>
<name>PricingOne</name>
3. Imported the changed xml successfully
4. Now not able to edit the any charge offer in UI.
