Steps to Reproduce Problem

Step 1 : Post MT103 Payment

Step 2 : Check the timing for payments.

User reported that MT103 payment average time is not as per the expectation

We did 2 test with the same data:

1- 103stress-2704: 500 mt103 payment with 1second between payment. Average time: 6,69seconds

2- 103unit-2704: 500 mt103 payment with 10seconds between payment. Average time: 5,30seconds
