BRM12 Patch Set 8 is applied on top of BRM12 PS 4

Post Upgrade to BRM12PS8 from PS4, errors are seen in CM/DM logs for /config/billing_customer_segment_map mod_t

There is no noticeable impact due to these errors on the functionality but just an error in CM/DM.
