PDF And Metacode Output Has Different Vertical Alignment (Doc ID 2957016.1)

Goal

We are in the process of testing moving from Metacode to PDF output. We use a tool to compare them and it is finding that the vertical positioning is about 40-50 pixels different. Horizontal positioning between Metacode and PDF matches perfectly.

Are there some PDF configurations in our fsisys that we should be using so that they have the same vertical position?
