Horizontal Capacity Plan is reflecting different results between "Snapshot" view and "Current" view when there are capacity adjustments defined for the resource.
The Capacity changes made to the resource are of two types

Bills of Material (R) / Routing / Departments - pick department, then drill to resources, and make capacity changes
e.g.
Reduce Capacity - 1 unit and use range of dates - Start 01-FEB-2023  / End 01-JUN-2023
Delete Day - give date inside this range 01-MAR-2023

Material Planner (R) / Launch - Pick Plan and submit request, When completed, then open Workbench - query Resource and click Horizontal Plan - in Horizontal plan, Snapshot view is default view - check button for Current and observe different availability results.
