ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following an upgrade from V10.2.0.39 to V11.3.1.6, the Migration Utility does not support Detached Migrations of Inquiry Screen Rules.
The current workaround is manually Export/Import the Rule in the Database.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Detached Migrations should support the migration of Inquiry Screens.
