Error On PO Induction But Data Seems To Be Valid (Doc ID 2957075.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload PO
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

All the data on it seems to be valid but the induction returns the error "NO_ORDER_FROM_DP"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into RMS application.
2. Upload the PO data.
3. Verify it is failing with this error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload PO data
