ECM Case - Checklists Do Not Retain Selections Or Checkmarks in Take Action Window (Doc ID 2957531.1)

Checklists defined KYC ECM Cases are not retaining checkmarks if the case is closed and opened.
Use-Case: Customer wants checkmarks to be retained as business reopens the same case over few days as they work on getting the checklist of documents from clients and want the checkmarks to be retained when case is opened for completed items.
