Symptoms
ECM 8123 - unable to create case after adding new case type attribute. Getting Save failed error.
I added new case type attribute using attached queries and then mapped that new attribute in case designer with required case type. On create case page getting that case attribute but unable to create case throwing error" Save Failed".
It is inserting data into Kdd_cases but after that failing to insert data in subsequent tables.
