Work Breakdown Sheet (WBS) is Not Updating The Planned Value (PV) (Doc ID 2957678.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The WBS Sheet is not updating the PV as per the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) sheet after applying patch 20.12.16.4.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The WBS sheet should be showing the correct expected values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into users environment.
  2. Navigate to the WBS sheet.
  3. Notice the sheet is showing as 0.00 which is incorrect.
  4. Navigate to the EVA sheet and notice the inconsistent data along with incorrect data in WBS Sheet.
