FAP2HTML.EXE File Missing In Documaker 12.7.0.4 Version (Doc ID 2957688.1)

Goal

Upgrading our Oracle Documaker from 12.5.299 to 12.7.04. We encountered an issue while converting our FAP files to HTML and later found out that FAP2HTML.EXE file is missing in Documaker 12.7.0.4 installation folder - C:\FAP\DLL\

We need to have the exe file (which is present in our previous version 12.5.299) to proceed with our upgrade activity. Please let us know on which version of 12.7 we can find FAP2HTML.EXE file.
