Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : User customer data using alias information

Step 2 : Run the CS Batch 

Step 3 : Check the alerts for hit with alias.

Issue Encountered :

User reported issue that when using Customer data using Alias information including a Sanctioned name, we do not get a Zipper Alert properly generated when a hit is generated for that Alias.
