After Upgraded to RMB v5.1, Editing PL Assignment In Account is Allowed (Doc ID 2957778.1)

Goal

In RMB v5.1, Edit PL assignment in Account is allowed.

Account> Pricelist Assignment edit page - we are able to change Effective Start Date on assigned price list after click on edit symbol.
This was disable in 2.7 environment.

STEPS
------------
1) Assign Pricelist on Person and Account.
2) Click on edit Pricelist Assignment on Person or Account
3) Effective Start Date should be non-editable

In older releases, this field seems used to available as editable field, but later changed to a 'read only' field.

So it mainly is a concern now with UI difference between RMB v2.7 and v5.1.
Please confirm if the behavior in v5.1 is correct and was changed as per design.
If this field should remain enabled, what impact it might see when User updates the date value to anything they want.
Is there any restriction for using invalid dates? Or a further change is needed to make it read only again?
