Unable To Print From Compare Profile In Interchange Mapping (Doc ID 2957780.1)

Symptoms

PDF does not display when viewing the compared 2 profiles in Argus Console > System management > Interchange Mapping > Compare Profile.

 

Steps:

1. Go to Argus Console > System Configuration > Interchange Mapping > Compare Profiles
2. Select Source Profile and Destination Profile
3. Press the [Compare] button
4. Press the [Print] button




Processing icon appears but PDF(report) does not display.
