When Accessing to File Manager Configuration Page of Distributed File Manager (DFM) for Agile from Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) URL, Gets Error: 503 Service Unavailable (Doc ID 2957894.1)

Symptoms

Configured Distributed File Manager (DFM) with offloading SSL to Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) for Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). When accessing to File Manager configuration page of the DFM via OHS SSL URL, gets below error:

503 Service Unavailable

Service Unavailable

The server is temporary unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch browser, and access to https://{ohs_server}.{domain_name}:{port}/Filemgr/Configuration
2. Gets: 503 Service Unavailable in the browser.
