Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upload payment transactions through Payment transactions process (IPUPRC). Provide the specific spread to apply while posting the payments.

System is taking the default spread from spread matrix instead of the spread provided in the payment file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should use the spread mentioned in the upload file rather than default spread

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload bulk payment file with spread (not default one)
2. Verify whether the payment allocation is based on the spread mentioned in the file
