Symptoms

While scheduling the job in Billing Operation Center User Interface (BOC UI), when someone clicks the calendar icon to input the time and date, the expectation is that scheduling option to be selected.

Instead, the Immediate option|radio button is picked-up and job will be immediately triggered.
