Baselines Not Copied When Copied Project ID Contains Apostrophe (Doc ID 2959950.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Project ID contains an apostrophe, if the project is copied, any selected baselines will not copy over.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect selected baselines to be copied with project.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Pro
  2. Copy project where the Project ID contains an apostrophe
  3. Choose to copy a baseline when copying project
  4. Project will be copied successfully, but baseline will not be copied
