On : 8.2 version, Installer and configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
HCD incremental view "HCD.v_ind_svc_prov_d_incr" shows a very slow performance. The view runs for 60-90 minutes to produce 22 rows of data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect view "HCD.v_ind_svc_prov_d_incr" to perform much faster than it does now.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute workflow wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_IND_SVC_PROV_D in folder HCD_INCREMENTAL_LOAD
2. Noticed the view runs for 60-90 minutes to produce 22 rows of data
